1. Payments
Accepted payments securely through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or pay with a credit/debit card via PayPal checkout. Your payment details are never shared with us, ensuring a safe shopping experience.

2. Orders & Processing Time
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; please refer to individual product descriptions for details.

3. Shipping
We ship worldwide! Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (Spain): [3-5] business days

  • International EU zone: [7-10] business days
    Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped (if applicable). Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply for international orders.

    We offer two shipping options for your orders:

    1. Standard Shipping (With Tracking) – This option includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. It is a safer choice and comes at a slightly higher cost.

    2. Basic Shipping (Without Tracking) – This is a more affordable option, but it does not include a tracking number. Since it cannot be monitored, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages shipped with this method. By selecting this option, you acknowledge and accept the risk of non-traceable shipments.

    Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. If you prefer a secure and trackable shipping method, we highly recommend choosing Standard Shipping.

4. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellations will not be possible.

6.  I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

To ensure you receive our emails in your main inbox, we recommend adding our email address ([email protected]) to your contacts or safe sender list. This will help prevent future emails from being marked as spam.
